After having the privilege of watching my family grow—my eldest, Madi (26), Keely (24), and Marcus (19), all embarking on their own career paths—I felt it was time to explore my own. With the unwavering support of my husband, Rodger, who has worked away from home five days a week for the past 15 years, we decided the empty nest was the perfect opportunity for me to step out of my comfort zone and focus on a career I had set aside to raise our family, work and manage our small lifestyle block on the outskirts of Invercargill, but now, it’s my turn to pursue something new.
After 30 years in the hairdressing industry, I felt the need for a change. My passion for fashion, homewares, and gifting became the inspiration behind creating something exciting that I could share with others.
Having worked in both the hairdressing industry and clothing stores throughout my life, I knew I could combine my love for these two worlds—and so, here I am, ready to embark on this new chapter!
