Shipping policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Standard delivery timeframes depend on the courier service but are typically 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.
If your address is rural, please ensure you select the Rural Shipping option at checkout. If Standard Shipping is selected for a rural address, we’ll be in touch to arrange payment of the additional charge before your order is sent.
