Nicchia Boutique – First Birthday Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   The Nicchia Boutique First Birthday Giveaway promotion runs during Nicchia’s birthday month and closes at 11:59pm on 14 April 2026.
   
   

2. How to Enter
   Customers will receive one entry into the draw for every purchase made at Nicchia Boutique during the promotion period, either in-store or online, provided they are signed up to the Nicchia Boutique customer database.
   
   

3. Multiple Entries
   Each transaction counts as one entry, meaning multiple purchases during the promotion period will result in multiple entries.
   
   

4. Existing Customers
   Customers who are already signed up to the Nicchia Boutique database from purchases made during the store’s first year will automatically receive one entry into the draw.
   
   

5. Prize
    The prize consists of:
   

• 15% off all Nicchia Boutique purchases for 12 months, and
  

• One $150 Nicchia Boutique voucher.
  
  

6. Voucher Conditions
   The $150 voucher can be used in-store or online and must be redeemed in a single transaction. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
   

7. Discount Conditions
   The 15% discount applies to Nicchia Boutique purchases only and will be valid for 12 months from the date the winner is announced.
   The discount cannot be used in conjunction with the $150 voucher.
   
   

8. Exclusions
   The 15% discount does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers and may not apply to selected heavily discounted or clearance items, at the discretion of Nicchia Boutique.
   
   

9. Personal Use Only
   The 15% discount is strictly for the personal use of the winner only and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by another person.
   If Nicchia Boutique reasonably believes the discount is being used by anyone other than the winner, the discount may be cancelled or terminated.
   
   

10. Winner Selection
    The winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday 15 April 2026.
    
    

11. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted via the details provided through the Nicchia Boutique customer database. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Nicchia Boutique reserves the right to redraw the prize.
    
    

12. General Conditions
    Nicchia Boutique reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
