Organic Teak Platter | Yakisugi

Yakisugi is an old Japanese technique of charring the surface of wood. Here we have taken our very popular Organic Teak Bowls and applied this method. It results in a stunning finish allowing the grain of the wood to still show.

Use as a bowl for fruit or if serving food use a piece of baking paper to cover.

Please note: Natural variations in grain, colour, knots, and small cracks are to be expected and form part of the unique character of each teak bowl. No two pieces are exactly alike, making every bowl one of a kind.
